Built by someone who's
seen the chaos firsthand.

OFleet was born from a simple frustration: watching capable fleet businesses lose money every day not because of bad drivers or poor logistics — but because their tools weren't smart enough to keep up.

From spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups to AI-powered dispatch.

Most fleet management software was built for logistics giants — companies with dedicated IT teams, six-figure implementation budgets, and months to spare. But the vast majority of the world's fleets aren't giants. They're owner-operated distribution businesses, regional food service companies, and growing e-commerce fulfilment teams running 10, 20, or 30 vehicles. They're doing dispatch on WhatsApp. They're building routes in Google Maps. They're reconciling fuel costs in Excel.

These businesses are losing 15–25% of their operational budget to inefficiency — not because they're doing anything wrong, but because no one has built them the right tool. That's the gap OFleet was created to close.

We started with a single question: what if every small fleet had access to the same level of route intelligence that Amazon uses? The answer became OFleet — a platform that automates the day-to-day operations of SME fleets so that business owners can focus on growing, not dispatching.

Why we decided to build this.

Real operators, real losses

Watching fleet operators lose $3,000–8,000 a month to manual processes that haven't changed in a decade was the spark. The tools existed to fix it — nobody had assembled them for this market.

Time is the real constraint

Dispatch managers and owner-operators are spending 10–20 hours a week on route planning alone. That's time they can't spend on customer relationships, team development, or business growth. We wanted to give that time back.

AI has finally caught up

Five years ago, the compute cost of running real-time route optimisation for 20 vehicles was prohibitive for a small SaaS. Today it isn't. The timing is right to build something that would have seemed like magic to a dispatcher in 2018.

"To make intelligent fleet operations accessible to every growing business — not just the ones that can afford enterprise software."

We believe that a 12-vehicle distribution company deserves the same dispatch intelligence as a 1,200-vehicle logistics provider. OFleet's mission is to level the playing field by packaging AI-driven routing, automated dispatch, and real-time fleet orchestration into a platform any operations manager can be up and running on in under an hour.

Software Engineer Product Builder Operations Nerd

Sajith is a software engineer and product builder who has spent years at the intersection of operations, logistics technology, and software development. His direct exposure to the operational challenges facing SME fleet businesses — and the inadequacy of existing tools to solve them — is what drove him to build OFleet from the ground up.

"I kept seeing the same pattern: smart, hard-working operators drowning in spreadsheets and phone calls, losing money on inefficiency they couldn't even measure. The technology to fix this has existed for years — it just hadn't been packaged in a way that worked for a 15-vehicle business. That's what I set out to change."

Before OFleet, Sajith worked on software products across multiple industries, building a deep appreciation for how the right tool at the right moment can completely transform a business's operational efficiency. He brings that product mindset to every feature decision at OFleet: if it doesn't save a real operator real time or real money, it doesn't ship.
